Yes! Small/medium dogs are welcome inside my studio and are subject to a $50 pet fee.

Small/Medium/Large dogs are welcome at ALL* outdoor session locations this season at no add’l charge.

*Except the Arboretum.

Santa Fe Dam willows area has fox tails that can get stuck in your dog’s feet/fur, but there are other areas within the park that are safer.

If you include your dog, please let me know in advance your fur baby’s name, size, breed. Style your dog down to a styled leash. Need ideas? Just ask me.

Yes of course. As long as the time of day is still compatible with the location, you can change your location up to 1 week prior to the session at no add’l charge.

You may reschedule your session prior to your session due to an illness. HOWEVER, during the holiday season, I do sell out all dates. So if you need to reschedule, I will not have many options for alternate dates. If you reschedule due to anything other than illness or rain, there is a $150 reschedule fee.

If you reschedule more than once due to illness, the $150 reschedule fee will be charged.

I do not offer refunds, but can transfer the value of your session to a later date.

For outdoor sessions, I monitor the weather closely. I will offer a reschedule option if rain is in the forecast when reviewed 5 days prior to your shoot. There is no charge for weather reschedules.

There is a modern urban look just outside my studio, which can be split with your studio session for no add’l cost.

If you’d like to do an old town Pasadena session, I offer those as an option with my Luxury packages, as we need 1 hour for those sessions.

I also offer Crystal Cove (in the Newport Coast area) beach sessions with the Luxury package, but the beach does require a photography permit and I do charge a travel fee of $150. Sundays at Sunset are the best time for Fall Beach shoots. You are responsible for obtaining the beach permit. Ask me for more info if you’re interested.

I monitor the local cases and adjust my in-studio session protocols. When the positivity rate in LA County is over 9%, I require all staff and any clients being photographed in studio to do a home test the day of the shoot.

In addition, I only use cleaners + wipes that are EPA certified against killing COVID19. I use a 6 filter air filtration system in my studio with a special anti-viral filter.

Upon request, if your family is high risk but wants to do a studio session, I can offer an open air studio open of my chocolate background holiday set. This request must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your shoot.

My beauty team all have COVID 19 barbicide certification, which requires they are properly trained on disinfecting their equipment, tools, brushes and products against COVID 19.

My staff and I are ALWAYS masked during studio shoots and can be masked during outdoor shoots upon request. Also, if I’m not requiring testing during the time period of your shoot, you can request that all staff on your shoot be tested, but your family as well will need to do the same.
